Alphinat introduces version 4 of SmartGuide™, the most productive tool to create self-service web applications.

With a range of powerful new features, this release represents the most significant evolution of SmartGuide™ since its inception in 2005. New features in version 4 include:
- Completely revamped Ajax-based interfaces for even faster application development;
- Function editor allowing business experts to integrate complex business rules without any coding;
- Ability to build applications by importing PDF forms, XML schemas, web services and extension functions;
- Auto-generation of schema-compliant XML based on user-input;
- Improved rules engine which further simplifies management of compound field visibility, page branching and if/then conditions;
- Online theme management that includes support for auto-creating dynamic PDF documents;
- Improved knowledge base management that allows guiding people to information that's 100% relevant to their needs.
