A criteria-based search engine makes it easy to locate the people to include in a project. Adding team members is as simple as clicking on the checkbox next to their name. Newly created projects will automatically appear on the team members' personalized home pages.

Efficiently manage tasks
Alphinat SmartProject makes it easy to stay on top of tasks and activities. They can be assigned by team managers or created by workers themselves. Once a task is marked as completed, the corresponding project plan is automatically updated — enabling managers to quickly see the progress of everyone's work and reducing the need to hold status meeting.

Get everyone up and running quickly
Intuitive web interfaces allow workers to start using the system quickly — with no or minimal training. Plus, you won't lose time configuring employees' workstations since no client software or plug-in is required. Only a simple web browser is needed.

Share projects outside of your organization
Being a web-based application, Alphinat SmartProject can also be used to collaborate on projects with external parties such as clients and partners. It also ensures employees can work on projects whether at the office or on the road

Configure user access rights online
Access rights can be managed through the online administration interface as well. This allows non-technical personnel to determine who has access to what information on the system and what actions they can perform.
