Monsieur Gagn\u00e9 est entr\u00e9 en fonction le 20 novembre 2006.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment Directeur Associ\u00e9 de LGS, une compagnie IBM, Monsieur Gagn\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d’une longue et fructueuse exp\u00e9rience dans le marketing et la vente de logiciels et de services professionnels dans le secteur public et le secteur priv\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Sujet \u00e0 l’approbation des autorit\u00e9s r\u00e9glementaires, 300 000 actions de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 seront \u00e9mises \u00e0 Monsieur Gagn\u00e9 \u00e0 titre de bonus de signature. Par ailleurs, le Conseil d’administration annonce que conform\u00e9ment au r\u00e9gime d’option d’achat d’actions approuv\u00e9 par les actionnaires le 15 mars 2005, Monsieur Gagn\u00e9 s’est vu octroyer, en date du pr\u00e9sent communiqu\u00e9 de presse, des options d’achat d’action lui permettant d’acqu\u00e9rir un maximum de 715 000 actions ordinaires de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e0 un prix de lev\u00e9e de 0,09 $ l’action. La date d’expiration des options est le 20 novembre 2011. Le prix minimal de lev\u00e9e de ces options correspond au cours de cl\u00f4ture des actions de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 le 21 novembre 2006.<\/p>\n\n\n
