Alphinat Inc. (TSXV: NPA) announces the election of Eric David to position of the Chairperson of Alphinat’s Board of Directors and the release of SmartGuide version “X.1”.

Alphinat is pleased to announce the appointment to Chairperson of the Board of Directors after several years of board services and valuable insights on corporate and strategic development for Alphinat. In this role Eric continues guiding management more directly with this increase to his role on the board, the board committees and management support.

Eric brings more than 30 years of experience in the software industry including senior executive roles at various companies including CSDC Systems (now part of Granicus) where he oversaw growth, marketing, and strategic partnerships. “Eric has worked to partner with Alphinat in the past helping to evolve our enterprise strategy” said Curtis Page, President, and CEO of Alphinat, he adds “We are grateful to have Eric take on the added responsibility with our team and his ongoing support to management and the board continues to be impactful”.

Michel Lemoine our Chairperson Emeritus will continue with his tireless service to the Board of Directors after steering Alphinat through many formative and difficult years as a Canadian enterprise software startup. “Michel has been the guiding light for Alphinat as Chairperson since 2007 and for this we are ever appreciative” said Eric David Alphinat ‘s Chairperson.

SmartGuide version X.1 (10.1) on our product evolution “X.1 introduces several improvements to make developing, compliance and configuring applications easier than ever” explains Harold Russel Alphinat’s Chief Software Architect, he adds “With this version it continues to be the easiest and the most pleasant way to create secure web/mobile applications for your organization”.

SmartGuide X.1 expands SmartGuide’s accessibility and compliance dynamic interaction capacity and focuses on facilitating the integration of source control systems, as well on the addition of numerous functionalities to reduce the use of code in the creation of your apps.

SmartGuide X.1 “Low code No code” solution makes it possible to create enterprise grade applications that include features such as dynamic validation messages, recalculate fields, trigger events on fields, or even stop the processing of a sequence of actions.

Multilingual support has also been greatly improved, allowing labels to be translated directly from the Designer interface without the need to use an Excel file.

An improved “base theme” is provided which allows better accessibility compliance and updates.

  • Extension functions can return arrays of values
