MONTREAL, QC, September 5, 2018 – Alphinat (TSXV: NPA) the editor of the SmartGuide low code agile platform announces that it has recently received purchase orders for SmartGuide licenses for a city in the Province of Ontario and one in the State of Oregon, bringing the number of municipal clients served by the company’s low-code platform to over 30.

“We are pleased to see growing acceptance and adoption of SmartGuide for rapidly delivering high quality digital services” says Curtis Page, Alphinat CEO. “Most of our municipal clients have started using SmartGuide as the Public Portal component of an OEM partner’s global solution for permitting and licensing. Having experienced the productivity gains that SmartGuide delivers, many of them have upgraded to the enterprise license to roll out their digital services strategy” added Page.

To better serve its municipal client base, Alphinat will soon launch a shared municipal services platform. “This new platform provides an even easier entry path for cities to provide great online services for their citizens and businesses. Municipalities can now pick from a catalogue of a range of pre-built web/mobile applications or develop their own to share with other municipalities. We look to accelerate time to value for all our customers and help accelerate their digital journey to smarter cities.” Says Curtis Page.

About Alphinat

At Alphinat, we are driven by the passion to make application development easy for everyone. It always struck us as odd that the people with the vision of how a finished application should look and behave would only be involved at the start of the process. After all, what better way to ensure a favourable outcome than to provide those closest to an application’s end-users with a vested interest in its success throughout its development?

That’s why we bring you new ways to empower the right people at the right time in the application development process. At the same time, we’re constantly working to reduce the need to code in order to make application development and maintenance simpler and less error-prone.

So whether you choose to develop your applications with the help of our low-code platform SmartGuide®, kickstart your project using one of our pre-built apps or engage us or one of our partners to do the work for you, we’re here to help you deploy better applications in record time.
